Pick up some college swag and find your future alma mater at the Leander ISD College Fair today. The annual fair features universities from all around the nation, giving students the opportunity to learn about different schools without the expense of visiting the campus.

The fair will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Vista Ridge High School. Students are encouraged to visit the college fair website to register their information which will allow them to easily share their info with colleges at the fair.

“I’m going to find more colleges to see what’s in the animation field,” senior Adryelle Villimizar said.  “Even though UCF [University of CentralFlorida] is my number one, I’m looking to find a back up school with a good animation program.”

Students should go to www.gotocollegefairs.org, select TACRAO as the fair and complete the info to register. They can they print the barcode or use their phone for access and take the barcode with them. At the fair, if a student is interested in a school, the university can scan the barcode to have the student’s information and be able to communicate with the student in the future.
