Knot Just For Grandmas

Knitting. As teenagers, knitting is not considered, by any means, cool. But knitting is a hobby that can be enjoyed by anybody. It’s relaxing, and the finished product is something to be proud of.

How many kids can say that they personally made something worth giving as a gift, or even selling? While sitting on the couch watching our favorite shows, we are able to chill out and at the same time get something done.

Why would anybody NOT consider knitting when they know the benefits that come with it, like feeling accomplished, having a side business, or making new friends? It opens up a lot of opportunities, while giving you something in common with other people. It also has an appeal to the general public, because everyone needs a cute scarf or a warm pair of gloves for the winter season. Some schools even have knitting clubs that you can join to beef up your college resume.

If you still think that knitting is dumb, we are grandmas in training, or just freaks who like to knit, then you should try it; you might be surprised at how much you like it. And if worst comes to worst nobody has to know.
