Rappers Wale, Meek Mill, and Pill have come together with Rick Ross to be a part of Maybach Music Group and release a CD. Self Made Vol. 1 was released May 23 as the label’s first compilation album. Featured guests on the album include J.Cole, Curren$y, Jeremih, and Jadakiss. Tracks like “Pacman” and “Tupac Back” are what ruin the CD. I’m not a fan of Rick Ross’ voice but I love Wale, that’s why I gave this CD a chance. “That Way” and “Pandemonium” are what save the album from being a complete disaster. “That Way” has to be my favorite song out of all the tracks because Wale and Jeremih together just go so well.  If you enjoy listening to hip-hop and rap, you should listen to it. Rick Ross fans will also like this CD. The tracks on this album can be downloaded from iTunes for $12.99. If you like to having CDs, you can order it from Amazon for $9.99.
