Sci-Fi thriller entertains variety of audiences

The 100 is set 197 years in the future after a nuclear war, that is thought to have broken out between all the countries, destroyed the world and riddled it with radiation. To save the human race 12 countries united the space stations into one and created the Arc where they live. The tv show is about 100 juveniles that are sent down to test out Earth ,with wrist bands to test their vital signs ,to see if it is habitable for humans, which the kids have no clue about. When the juveniles reach the ground they meet others there, the Grounders, and they must fight off the Grounders to survive. They need to warn the people still on the Arc that Earth is habitable or neither the 100 or the people left on the Arc will be able to survive.

The show is very interesting. The 100 keeps me on my seat the entire time. The show has action which keeps it exciting and heartfelt moments for the romance fanatic in me. The heartbreaks in the show keep me coming back because Jason Rothenberg is not afraid to kill off a main character, a character you get so attached to. There is witty comedy throughout the show and sappy moments that balance out nicely. The 100 left me on the end of my seat and made me addicted to the show now so I ended up watching one right after the other during summer. And finished them in 3 days. The 100 has 3 seasons on Netflix right now and airs on The CW channel every Wednesday at 8/9.
