Shelby Fohl, Staffer
Shelby Fohl is a senior staffer on the Raider Rumbler Newspaper. She previously was on Rouse High School’s varsity theatre troupe in her sophomore and junior year. Currently, she’s happy working as a staffer for Raider Rumbler, indulging in the content of AP European History, and enjoying the creative medium of Audio Productions. In 2019, Shelby joined the UIL Journalism team and placed third in Editorial writing and second in Feature writing in her first competition, and continued as a team member for the rest of the season. Some of her hobbies/passions include writing, film production, performing arts, and drawing. Shelby joined the newspaper through her intro to journalism class in her junior year and began to take interest in a class all about writing. During her free time, Shelby enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends, needle-felting, roller skating, bike riding, and hanging out with friends. You will commonly find Shelby with a pair of headphones in, spacing out to music, or taking way too many pictures of sunsets. She hopes to pursue a creative career(s), and hopes to contribute and write articles that can inform and enjoy!
