Three volleyball players make All-Area team
Libero Morgan Currie selected as Defensive Player of the Year, Thompson named Coach of the Year
Taylor Black, Morgan Currie, and Emily Hannaway were selected as members for an all- area volleyball team.

For the first time in school history, three varsity volleyball players were named to the All-Area team.
Morgan Currie was selected Defensive Player of the Year. Emily Hanaway was selected to First Team and Taylor Black was selected as an Honorable Mention.
“This award is voted on completely by sports writers that cover volleyball and is a great accomplishment to these young ladies,” head coach Jacob Thompson said.
Thompson received Coach of the Year for leading the team to the playoffs in the new 6A district, a first for the Raiders who had never reached the post-season in 4A.
