Ren Fest Success
November 5, 2014
Theatre’s group scene placed second at the Renaissance Festival, Nov. 4.
“It was so fun practicing for it and finally performing,” senior Alexandra Wrigley said. “Once we won it was really great to know our hard work paid off.”
The team, made up of Tanner Parker, Alexandra Wrigley, Cole Shuffield, Angela Shiff, Nikolas Zukowski, Secoiya Shariff-Bey and Ike Benson, performed a spoken rendition of Spamalot, a musical comedy From Monty Python about King Arthur on Tuesday.
“We were very, very openly farce about it,” senior Tanner Parker said. “We were very expressive with dialogue. It is a very physical play.”
