New student teachers help out at Rouse

Amber Ehrlich, from Round Rock, is a senior agricultural services and development major at Tarleton State University, has recently started student teaching here and will be working with the FFA program and the sciences and technology classes for the next eleven weeks. Ehrlich will be working under the guidance of teacher Beverley Schroeder to learn all aspects of the programs and assist students with leadership development. FFA also recently went to the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. Kailey Miller and Aubrey Swan picked up the 2-star National Chapter Award which recognizes the chapter for their outstanding program of activities. In addition, Madi King and Kailey Miller placed third in the National Agriscience Fair. Each of them received scholarship awards along with gold medals for their achievement.
