JUNIOR VARSITY FOOTBALL

The JV1 team won three games to finish 0-6 in district and 3-7 overall. “We learned many lessons from JV,” sophomore Colton Wells said. “I feel that new players have grown into the program and I also believe that we have grown closer as we have merged with our amazing varsity team.” The JV2 football team was 0-4 in district and 2-7 overall. “Mostly we were just there to help varsity train, but we could have done a lot better,” sophomore Coleman Burke said. “But we are definitely going to do better next year.”

FRESHMAN FOOTBALL

The freshman football teams wrapped up their seasons Nov. 8 against Vista Ridge. The freshman maroon was 2-3-1 in district and 4-5-1 overall while the freshman gold team was 4-2 in district and 6-3-1 overall. “Everyone came out expecting us to not really be good, but we had to come out and give it our all and prove to everybody and ourselves,” freshman gold player Clarence Mallory said.
