I’ve been in love with scary movies since I was 7, and The Exorcist is one of my favorite movies, and that is why I couldn’t enjoy The Possession like I wanted to. Don’t get me wrong, the movie was great. It completely sets the bar pretty high for scary movies that will be made in the future, but it was not as good as The Exorcist.

The Possession is about a girl who buys a box from a garage sale, and the box slowly possesses her. As a movie with a comparable story line to The Exorcist, people will have very high expectations for the movie.

If you’re into dark and possessive types of movies, then you will love this movie. The movie had a really deep and dark story, and the writers did a great job of developing that story, and developing the characters in just the right amount of time to keep your attention, and not bore you when you’re watching the movie.

Don’t let my review make you not want to see the movie. The Possession was great movie! I had a great time watching the movie, and unlike most scary movies the movie had a great ending. There was no cliffhanger in the ending. It ended on a flat note, and did a great job summing up what I just spent the last hour and a half watching.
