More than 2,000 drawings, paintings, sculptures and other work from art students around the district will be showcased at the annual LISD Art Show, May 5. They show will be at Vandegrift High school from 1-4 p.m.
“It allows the students to see other art work throughout the district,” Art teacher Brittany Acosta said. “They can see what others are working on for inspiration for next year. It’s a day to celebrate everyone’s hard work for the year.”
