Winterguard placed seventh out of 13 at their competition, March 3 at O’Connor High School in San Antonio. They improved their score more than 10 points from the last show. The next competition is on March 24 at Dripping Springs High School.

The Royals placed first in their Jazz Lyrical, Hip Hop and Open routines at Showtime’s Austin Grand, March 3. They were also named Grand Champions of the contest, beating Rudder High School, Riverside High School and LBJ High School. Caitlin Burgess also received second runner up for her solo.
