NHS will induct 26 members, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m. New inductees must have a GPA of at least 4.3 and be a junior or senior. The applications also go through a faculty council who decides if the students are accepted to the club.
“We are looking for students who are well rounded,” NHS adviser Rosie Palazzolo said. “Leaders, academics, and students who have integrity, same as colleges look for.”
The new members will attend their first meeting with the club and its members Oct. 26 at 8:15 a.m. or 4 p.m.
“These students are chosen because we want them to represent Rouse,” Palazzolo said. “They’ve shown exceptional leadership both on and off campus as well as outstanding grades.”
