With summer right around the corner, it’s definitely time to start planning some cute outfits. The clothing stores around town are stocked up on plenty of new clothes for the coming months, so check them out. Here’s how you can fit the trend this break.

  • Pastel Colors: It seems like every spring, pastel-colored clothing makes a big comeback. This year is no exception, and it looks like this trend is sticking around for  summer. Pastel tops, shorts, skirts, dresses, hats, socks, shoes: you name it. No complaints though, the colors are complimentary on most skin tones and very pleasing to the eye.

  • Low-Back One-Piece Swimwear: If you’ve gone to purchase a new swimsuit in the last month, you’ve probably noticed that almost every single one-piece has a low cut back. They’re adorable and are completely taking over the swimsuit game right now. Just make sure you get some sunscreen on your more exposed back.

  • Jumpsuits: All-in-one outfits are the best, except when you just drank an entire Big Gulp and have 10 seconds to get completely out of the suit before you can’t hold it anymore. Besides some practical issues, jumpsuits and rompers are still popular this summer break, and they’re still majorly cute too.

  • Cherry Print: Unlike most of these trends, cherry print is a new fad and has just now risen to popularity.  For the first time in years, cherry print is taking over the clothing stores, and I kinda love it. It’s a fun, cute pop to a basic dress or baseball cap. I won’t be skipping this trend.
