The varsity volleyball will host LISD Volleypalooza, a three-day tournament Aug. 25-27.  Twenty-eight teams from around central Texas will compete against each other, including the Leander schools, several 5A schools and three private schools.

 “I’m excited about playing on the home court and having a good amount of competition,” said sophomore Maddie Sanford. “It’s a good level of competition to prepare for district.”

Rouse’s first day matches are at 11 a.m., 2:45 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday.  Brackets for the tournament are on the Lady Raiders’ team site, www.raidervolleyball.net/lisd-volleypalooza/.
