LISD offers free summer lunch to all children in area
Students do not have to go to LISD schools to participate, program feeds ages 1 to 18

Leander ISD and the Texas Department of Agriculture are teaming up again to offer a summer food program for children 1 to 18. The free lunch program will be served at five locations in the LISD community June 6 through July 29, Monday through Friday. The meal program will service the following areas:
- Camacho Elementary, 501 Municipal Dr. in Leander
- Cypress Creek Apartments, 2101 S. Lakeline Blvd. in Cedar Park
- Running Brushy Middle School, 2303 N. Lakeline Blvd. in Cedar Park
- Twin Lakes Fellowship, 1150 S. Bell Blvd. in Cedar Park
- Reed Elementary, 1515 Little Elm Trail in Cedar Park
Breakfast will be served at Reed Elementary from 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. and at all other sites from 9:30 -10:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at all sites from noon-1 p.m. Click here to view the menu, All children under the age of 18 are welcome.
Families are not required to attend LISD or be residents of the apartment complexes. Parents don’t need to apply to the program. They can simply bring their child to a summer meals site and their children will receive the free meals. Adults over the age of 18 may purchase breakfast for $2 and lunch for $3 at all summer feeding sites.
