Senior Reminders

With graduation rapidly approaching, here’s a list of important senior reminders

Senior Surveys Every graduating student in the district must complete these two short surveys.

Cap and Gown – If you didn’t ordered a cap and gown, please see Mrs. Daycock in the front office. If you were planning on borrowing one from an alumni, skip that plan because the school changed companies and this year’s cap and gown is different. If you want to walk, you’ve got to have a new gown.

Graduation Practice – This is mandatory for all seniors who plan to walk the stage. There is only one practice, and that will be June 2 beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the competition gym.

Graduation – The Class of 2016 will graduate Saturday, June 4 at 8 a.m. at the HEB Cedar Park Center. Seniors will need to meet on campus to be bussed over to the Cedar Park Center. Family and friends will not need to purchase a ticket, but will pay $5 per car for parking.

Project Graduation is an all-night event that happens the night of graduation, June 4 and goes on until the morning of June 5. It is a parent-chaperoned, drug, alcohol-and smoke-free celebration for graduating seniors. The event is free and will include food, entertainment, prizes, games and athletic activities. Participating graduates can start showing up at 10 p.m. and will end at 5 a.m.
