During Advocate April 4, the school participated in the annual signing of the Resolution of Respect, a tradition created by the anti-bullying club C2. Club members brought paper copies of the resolution to teachers’ classrooms to have students participate. The Resolution of Respect asks students to help each other remain respectful throughout campus.

“The resolution of respect is an annual thing here at RHS and it helps the school by reminding the students each year to continue to be respectful and help give Rouse a positive atmosphere,” C2president Austin Jbeili said. “The signing of the Resolution of Respect is a vow to be kind around the school and it’s nice to see that people are interested in making our school a better place.”

The school signed the resolution after watching an informative video about No Place for Hate. The event allows the school to be recognized again as a No Place for Hate campus.
