Juniors Shouldn’t Miss School’s Prom

Prom should be open for anyone to attend, not just those accompanied by a date. There is always the option of going with a friend or maybe even a group of friends. Though you don’t have the comfort of a date, going with a friend or two can be just as fun. Some people going with a date might even be embarrassed to dance with them. Going with your friends gives you an opportunity to show off your moves, not matter how old school or goofy they may be.

You might even consider going alone. There’s always a chance that you could meet someone there and a prom would be a fun place to get to know someone. There’s the option to sit down and chat or exchange moves on the dance floor.

As for dressing up, ladies, you don’t need a guy to dress up for. Have fun with picking out a dazzling dress and show it off with all you’ve got. Guys, don’t be afraid to dress up, you can always go get yourself a snazzy suit. We all know you like to look fresh. Don’t be afraid to ask someone either. Waiting for someone to come sweep you off your feet isn’t always a great idea.

This will be the school’s first prom in the history of our school. It will be an exciting event that, trust me, you won’t want to miss. The main thing is to remember to go and have fun. Prom is usually a once and a lifetime chance and from what I’ve heard it is much much more than a dance.
