The Destination Imagination tied for third overall and took first in the main challenge at state, April 2 in Lubbock. The team of Josh Petro, Toni Schmidt, Andy Mask, Stephanie Hofmann, Casey McMahan and Paige Smith will now advance to the global finals May 25-28 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
“I’m excited to spend time with my team,” sophomore Paige Smith said. “Also, it will be fun to meet other teams from around the world.”
