Two advance to final round of All-State Choir auditions
Five choir students compete at Pre-Area, two moving onto to Area audition which decide who makes All-State Choir

Five choir students competed at Pre-Area Choir at Cedar Ridge High School, Dec. 1 with two students qualifying for the final round. Seniors Audrey Dickerson and Cole Shuffield advance to the last round of the All-State Choir auditions, the Area auditions, in January. Junior Keaton Pugh is the first alternate.
“It’s definitely an honor getting this,” Shuffield said. “It’s amazing to be around the professional vocalists and learning from it all.”
Dickerson and Shuffield will travel to Waco, Jan. 9 to compete at Area to see who will make the All-State Choir.
