The varsity Advanced Productions theatre class will have their AP Showcase Saturday, Sept. 12 for the community to come and experience.

“I’m really looking forward to seeing all of my varsity students come together,” theatre director Stephanie Smith said. “I’ve watched them all act separately, so it’s exciting getting to see them all work together for the showcase.”

The show will contain monologues and group performances, showcasing comedy, drama, and musical pieces. The show is in the Black Box in the ACT building, room 5306 from 7-8 p.m.

“I’m most excited to see the chair duets this year,” senior Jeremy Jewett said. “They were spectacular last year so I’m excited to be a part of them this year.”

The show is free, so all are encouraged to attend the viewing for a fun time.

“We’ve got some spectacular students this year,” Jewett said. “We’d like to show everyone what we can do, so every should come out to watch.”
