This cute animated movie is a play-off of William Shakespeare’s story Romeo and Juliet, where a rivalry between the blue and red gardens keeps the star-crossed lovers apart. When the feud between the two lawns goes too far, Gnomeo and Juliet must work together to save the gardens and their love.

Even though the movie was quite predictable, considering it was a G rated movie, it was still really well made. There were adorable characters like mini bunnies, an excitable pink flamingo and a love struck frog that added humor to the movie. I would suggest getting this movie for some laughs when it comes out on DVD.
