The FFA made a statement at the San Antonio Livestock Show on Feb. 3. Sophomore Travis Dillard’s York pig placed fourth and fifth, sophomore Kailey Miller’s Duroc pig placed fourth and sixth, and sophomore Lauren Hammond’s Hamp pig placed first and sixth in her classes “I was overwhelmed,” Hammond said. “I didn’t think I was going to get first.”
