Thoughts from last season: “Last year was a breakthrough season because we went three rounds deep. For the first time the girls went to playoffs in 4A. It’s given the team confidence which is going to play in our success for this year.” – coach Lacey Blissit

Thoughts for district: “It’s going to be a tough district but we have a really strong team this year. We will be ready when district starts. I am looking forward to competition.” –Blissit

Toughest opponent: “I don’t like to anticipate the competition. We have a mentality that every team we play is our toughest opponent.” –Blissit

Expectations for season: Watch for the Raiders to make an impact in the new 6A district and play well enough to make the playoffs.
