The girls varsity soccer season ended March 11 with a final record of 8-14-1. The team had many new additions this year, including freshman player Allison Davis who we interviewed.

How would you describe the season?

The season’s been tough. All the teams were more advanced than us.

What do you enjoy most about the sport?

It’s exciting when we win a game. It has become a hobby and we grow bonds with each other.

How would you compare this year to last year?

There are more people so we have a wider variety of skill and there is less drama.

What was your favorite game and why?

The game against Vista Ridge, because I got to play against my sister.

What made you want to play soccer?

It looked exciting and like it would be fun.

How long have you been playing soccer?

10 years now and I love every minute of it. I learn more every year.
