TEAM MEMBERS TO WATCH: Madie Boreman, Abby Lent, Jaylin Reeves, Emily Forster

FIRST MEET: Feb. 20 at Westlake

DISTRICT MEET: April 12-14

THOUGHTS FROM LAST SEASON: “Last season we were moving from 6A and we were really out of our depth. We also didn’t have leadership, everyone was really, really young.” –Coach Kelly Thompson

THOUGHTS FOR DISTRICT: We have prepared a lot so I think it will be good, but some of the other schools have some a lot more weapons than we have.” -Thompson

TOUGHEST OPPONENTS: Pflugerville and McNeil

EXPECTATIONS FOR SEASON: “I want to get some more teams in the Texas relays. I’d like to be in the top three at the district meet with the chance of winning it and also I want to see the mile relay set the record. I’d like to see as many as 15 girls go to regionals.” -Thompson
